Shop Ate was the culernary vision of Guy Mirrabella.

Guy is a much loved and admired chef that grew up with a passion for Italian food from spending hours with his mother preparing food.

Retiring at the end of 2022. The cafe was purchased by Amanda Brandon & Neil Budge. Amanda was mentored by Guy, and is determined to keep the tradition, love and passion alive for our much loved Shop Ate.
